Scheduled a service visit using the Onstar app and upon arriving was treated as an inconvenience. Even after receiving a manufacture recall notice, the service assistant was a jerk about it and started giving me an attitude by asking questions like, “how do you know your vehicle is part of this recall”, “is your vehicle even leaking coolant”, “what do you think this repair is getting fixed today”? On August 18, 2022, at about 17,717 miles, the oxygen sensor was replaced under warranty, leaving my car inoperable for three weeks without courtesy or rental assistance, causing me to miss work.

My Silverado was 19 days after the 3 year/ Bumper to Bumper warranty expired. GM said they could not help but suggested I ask for assistance from the dealership. Not a very pleasant experience at all. I almost closed the deal on a 2025 suburban they have been trying to sell and get rid of since Aug of last year. I just wanted to leave a note about the garbage experience I had with the service department at this dealership. First of all no one answers the phone. There is supposed to be a free shuttle service, but if no one answers the phone then you can't call them to come and pick you up. 8:00 am appt for a simple oil change. Took 1 hour and 15 minutes. Lily M was offering a 29.95 oil change but of coarse my 2019 Blazer uses synthetic oil so it was 85.00 bucks. Gotta a free car wash outta of the visit so it wasn’t all bad.
took my car to do alignment, this spot catch me cause of good reviews even their prices higher than others, service staff was very friendly but nothing was done brought my car at 10am was expecting it finished in few hours cause i did appointment a week ahead so got back at 3.40pm and was informed that my car still waiting and not gonna be done today was very disappointed so have to take it to other place i wouldnt trust this dealer again

I had my front brakes replaced here less than six months ago and have driven fewer than 3,000 miles since. I recently returned for a rear brake service and oil change, only to be told that my front brakes—which they replaced—already needed to be changed again.

Seems to me that this Dealership needs help on a lot of different things. Customer service, communication within each other and the speed on service. First off when I walked in today at 11:05 am with an appointment I wasn’t greeted right away. I waited about 5 minutes before I was finally acknowledged. After my service was completed for an oil change which took two hours again with an appointment. I think this is too long from someone to have to wait with an appointment. My car was in service for over 2 days, the advisor Daniel never call or text me to update me on the vehicle. When I pick up the car they did not put in what they did to fix the problem on the invoice, however I did received a text from Daniel that they did find the issue and replace the fuse. Derek Stuart, is an awesome sales person, he has so much patience with me and my daughter. He explained everything in detail even taught me a couple of things. He genuinely cares about his customer. He even bought my daughter and I a burger and fries just to make her happy. That’s great customer service if I ever buy a car again I’ll make sure to come see Derek Stuart at Buena Park. As far as I concerned he is the sales person of the year and even the regions.

I tried to resolve the issue with the “Customer Experience Manager” who refused to ever call back or even have a conversation about my concerns. Worst after Sales Service - My niece and I purchase a 2021 Chevy Trax from Derrick at this dealership. It was a pleasure working with Derrick, he made sure the sales process was smooth. **EV OWNERS** Do not bring your vehicle for service here. EV Techs are only available 2 days a week and staff will not let you know this until you get there. What should've been a 2 hour service took 3 days for me.
I purchased my 2021 blazer and they promise you the moon at time of purchase but when you need them they ignore you. My car needs service and I wa la told that I can get a loaner or rental when purchased my car and now they’re telling me I’m on my own. I would have to pay out of my pocket for a rental. They took a look at our vehicle right away! The inspection process was very quick, and we actually received a higher offer than we had received at Carmax! I made an appointment to take my truck to service because I had a check engine light on and it was there in service for four days and when I went for my truck I had the check engine light off and when I drove for 20 minutes and arrived at work I turned off my truck and then I turned it on again and there was the light on again. Absolutely shady experience. I get a call from this dealership regarding an online inquiry that I had made for a Chevy bolt. I was told by the customer support person that there was a bolt in stock and that I should come in TODAY to test drive it, and also speak with somebody in finance about lease versus finance options.

Went to Premiere Chevrolet to sell a used car after being contacted by Gabby from my listing. Was able to get a deal that was close to the initial offering after the mechanical inspection that turned up one issue. Process was easy as Gabby had all of the paper work ready when I arrived. After going to over 10 dealers i decided to buy my car here, Ben was so great! He worked with me and made me feel comfortable was not pushy at all was very patient and easy to talk to. Took 3hrs instead of 1.5. Service rep had bad communication with myself and his technicians. My car sat ready for 30 min after I had advised the service rep that it was ready. My car was also not washed after being serviced but every other car was.

The worst treatment I have ever had from sales personnel. Was told one price and then offered another if I signed yesterday. They then showed me a different paper and acted like I was stupid. Very poor service.
I think it’s great that you have the text feature to check on the status of your car in service, but if you never get a response once you text then you shouldn’t offer it. It just becomes very frustrating to the customer when they are trying to check on their car and no one responds. I just had to drive down 20 minutes before you closed to see if I could get my car. Communication was terrible, while the price was ridiculously expensive. Took way too long on my vehicle and did not even put components of my car back together correctly. My cold air intake was popped out and not in place correctly.
I purchased my 2014 Chevrolet Cruze, first brand new ever from Premier Chevrolet. They have been the only ones to fix any problems on it.
